Hypothyroidismis a burden that EVERYONE has, to some extent, off-and-on

SO much is written: but most important is that doctors think that it is a piece of cake: that it’s really simple - all they have to do is check how much TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone), is in the blood.

The Big-Shot doctors tell the family docs “Don’t test for Thyroid hormones 3 & 4: it’s too expensive”, and “NEVER test for rT3, because it’s GARBAGE” - THIS IS A RANT !

It's hard to find doctors who will do these tests and that's very unfortunate. So many people struggle needlessly with hypothyroid symptoms. It's sad but not surprising considering what our medical system has become - symptom management.

That's a good term - "SYMPTOM MANAGEMENT" - I wish I had thought of it! -

Maybe we could push for a proactive preventive-care practice format, for our MDs to try: I did a comment on it back in 2024: it's at "https://gervaisharry.substack.com/p/preventive-care-as-it-could-be".

Why not have a little fun: get a friend ** to ask his/her MD about it - see what the MD says ?

Seriously, though, if a protocol such as that were instituted, most of our complaints about the "current state of the medical profession" would disappear.

** I don't want to get you in trouble with your own MD !!!

I couldn't agree more! Taking a natural desiccated supplement, like ThyroGold (which includes T3) has given me my life back. I look and feel 10 years younger.
